How Personal Training Works at PeakFitness
Personal training works quite simply here at PeakFitness. There are two types of fitness programs that you can participate in - pre-planned courses or personalised programs, each being slightly different from the other (we will cover these in a bit).

When it comes to payment, we don't charge much because we are only interested in your physical goals and want to help you reach your peak physical performance.

The way our fitness coaching works is, if you are doing a pre-planned course, then you will select one, make a payment and complete the daily steps we provide you with. However, if you're doing a personalised program, you will have to contact us via the chat box on our website and tell us your name and goals. Then, we send you daily objectives via email while you pay weekly or monthly (your choice).
Pre-Planned Courses
Pre-planned courses work very simply. You will select a program that you would like to do (which can be found below), then you will make a payment of only £4.99 and you will gain full access to the course.

Then, you will complete the steps of the course each day and you should see results in no time if you stay consistent.

Please note that refunds are not available.
Personalised Programs
Our personalised programs are different to our pre-planned courses as they are tailored more to your needs, meaning they could benefit you more.

These personalised programs work by you contacting us via the chat box in the bottom right corner stating your name and goals, then we provide you with a course which you pay in weekly or monthly payments (your choice)

Then, we send you daily objectives to you so you can see results fast.
​
These tailored fitness courses do cost you a bit more as they cost our team more time. Refunds are not available, however you can stop the course at any time. These personalised courses will cost you £7.99 a week (or £31.96 a month).
