What Exactly Do We Offer?

We have several different fitness courses that you can select, which include:

  • ​Muscle building

  • Weight loss

  • Improving cardiovascular health

  • Improving general fitness

How Our Training Program Works

Our online personal training is extremely simple to work with. In order to access our coaching program, you must:

  1. First, select which program you would like to enrol in (listed above).

  2. Next, email us at fitnessblogsandposts@gmail.com and state which program you would like to do.

  3. Then, we will request a small payment of £5 a week through PayPal.

  4. After all of this has been completed, we will contact you through email or some other form of communication, setting specific tasks each day that you must carry out in order to achieve the results you want from the course.

  5. Finally, you enjoy the results!
