This barbell is great for a beginner home gym. It is 6 feet long (7 feet if you want to pay more), making it a good size for a small home gym.


Made from alloy steel, this barbell is strong and can withstand high forces, making it great for a home gym where you may be dropping the bar. It comes with a pair of durable spin lock collars that will not slip off to keep the weights secure while you're working out. This barbell's knurled anti-slip grip allows for a constant secure grip around the bar, even while lifting heavy loads.


However, the one downside to this barbell by RIP X is that it has a weight limit of 150kg (330.6lbs), meaning that if you want to lift loads heavier than 150 kilograms, this barbell is not for you.

Made from alloy steel, this barbell is strong and can withstand high forces, making it great for a home gym where you may be dropping the bar. The medium knurled grip provides you with extraordinary grip strength throughout any exercise that you could use a barbell for, such as deadlifts or the bench press. Additionally, this barbell has a high grade hard chrome finish and has excellent balance and durability.


The Extreme Fitness barbell has a weight limit of 300kg (661.3lbs), meaning it is good for people who would like to lift heIn avier than the average person. Although, this barbell is the most expensive out of all of the barbells we have covered in this article; this is because it is the best one!
